The next decade of marketing is operated, not assisted.

The wave of AI point-tools that defined 2023–2025 solved a specific problem: turn a prompt into a first draft. The next wave solves a harder one — run the operation. A coordinated set of agents, sharing memory and guardrails, taking initiative inside their scope, with P&L-aware judgement on top.

That layer isn't a feature inside an existing tool. It's an Operating System, and it will be built by the companies that get four things right: brand memory that doesn't rot, a Creative Graph that compounds evidence, judgement agents that protect the P&L, and a launch surface that doesn't care what platform the work ends up on.
