Accessibility Statement

We believe accessibility is part of quality, not an add-on. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where current implementations fall short, we document the gap and track remediation publicly.

Our design system enforces keyboard operability, visible focus states, 4.5:1 contrast on body text, prefers-reduced-motion support, captioning on video content, and semantic HTML on every page.

As of 2026-04-22, the hiluca.com marketing site and the Hi Luca platform substantially conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. The following gaps are tracked:

• Some product still images use placeholder compositions during Phase 3 photography delivery. Alt text is descriptive where the image is informational; decorative placeholders use aria-hidden.
• The HubSpot Meetings embed and YouTube embed are gated behind a consent click; this is intentional for privacy but requires keyboard activation of the consent control before the embedded content becomes interactive.
• The marquee pattern on the Home §6 Creative Graph motif is purely decorative; it is aria-hidden and pauses for prefers-reduced-motion.

We regularly test with the following combinations:

• macOS / iOS — VoiceOver with Safari and Chrome
• Windows — NVDA with Chrome and Firefox; Narrator with Edge
• Android — TalkBack with Chrome
• Keyboard-only operation across all supported browsers

If a specific assistive technology is not listed and you encounter issues, please let us know — it helps us prioritize coverage.

If something is inaccessible to you, we want to hear about it. Email legal@hiluca.net with:

• The page URL where the issue occurs
• The assistive technology and browser you are using
• A description of the barrier and, if possible, a screenshot or recording

We acknowledge reports within two business days and commit to a remediation timeline within ten business days.
